1. How do I make a purchase?
You can browse our website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
2. What is the payment procedure?
Once you've placed your order and proceeded to the checkout page, it will give you the PAYMENT option of BANK TRANSFER. You have to choose PAKISTAN if you're a resident in Pakistan and INTERNATIONAL if you're from anywhere other than Pakistan. Choosing your desired option will take you to the page with bank details provided. You will have to transfer your payment into the bank account and send the invoice on the number provided, to confirm your order.
Once we have recieved the invoice, our representative will get in touch with you to discuss your order and delivery.
4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is PKR; however you have an option of switching the currency to USD Dollar, British Pound, Sterling, Canadian Dollar, Euro or any other according to your location. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing on the top right hand corner of the page.

6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship Made to Order Semi-Formals in 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take up to 8-10 weeks. Urgent orders can be delivered before the timeline with extra charges, depending upon availability.
Urgent Delivery charges: 20% of the total product price.
If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.
7. Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same day delivery.
8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Abiha Hassan because we offer tax-free prices and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders can be charged according to location.
9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.
11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at ABIHA HASSAN has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
